What are Coins?
Coins are virtual in-app credits. They are not money and have no value outside Aukaat.
Coins are used to send virtual gifts, unlock premium content, generate AI content, enter challenges, and access other in-app features.
Coin packages and prices are shown in the App at the point of purchase, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
How pricing works
Coin packages are available in multiple denominations. The exact price (in INR) and the number of Coins per package are displayed in the App before you pay.
Some packages may include bonus Coins. Bonus/free Coins may have usage restrictions and are generally non-withdrawable.
We may change packages, prices, and promotions at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Payments
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways supporting UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets as available. ZeboLive Pvt Ltd does not store your full payment credentials.
Delivery
Coins are credited to your in-app wallet immediately upon successful payment. If Coins are not credited after a successful payment, contact support@aukaat.app — see our Refund Policy.
