This Privacy Policy explains how ZeboLive Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use Aukaat. By using the App, you consent to the practices described here. This Policy is published in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the SPDI Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

18+ only. Aukaat is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it.

We process personal data based on your consent (given when you sign up and use features), the necessity to perform our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating a safe platform, and compliance with law. You may withdraw consent by deleting your account, subject to retention required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Payment Information

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. Your card/UPI/banking details are provided directly to them and are governed by their privacy policies. We receive only transaction status and limited metadata needed to credit your purchase.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (including financial and KYC record-keeping), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer required, data is deleted or anonymized.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Camera and microphone (for live/calls and photo features), photo/media access (to upload content), notifications (to alert you), and device/network info (for security and performance). You can manage permissions in your device settings; some features may not work without them.

We and our providers may use device identifiers and analytics to understand usage and improve the Service. You can limit some tracking via device settings.

Your data may be processed on servers located in or outside India by our service providers, with safeguards consistent with applicable law.

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified in-app or by other means. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
