Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made within Aukaat, operated by ZeboLive Pvt Ltd.

Summary: Aukaat sells virtual Coins — digital credits used inside the App. Because Coins are delivered instantly and consumed digitally, all purchases are final and non-refundable once Coins are credited to your account, except where refunds are required by applicable law.

Email support@aukaat.app within 7 days of the transaction with: your registered phone number/username, transaction ID/date, amount, and a description of the issue. We may request additional details to verify the claim.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. Actual credit timing depends on your bank/payment provider. Refunds are made only to the original payment instrument.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback instead of contacting us, we may suspend your account pending resolution and reverse related Coins/earnings. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly.

7. Creator Payouts

Creator earnings and payouts are governed by the Creator payout terms in our Terms & Conditions and are separate from Coin purchases.
